Building Amenities

Power Backup: A genset will be installed to provide power backup for the entire building.
Flooring: Common areas will be finished in vitrified or similar quality material, while the inside of the commercial space will be left raw.
Electrical: Main lines will be provided up to the MCB box of each commercial unit, but internal wirings will not be provided.
Staircase: The staircase will have a combination finish of granite and tiles.
Lifts: There will be a total of 6 stainless steel lifts available for use.
Fire Safety: Hydrant lines and sprinklers will be installed as per guidance from the Assam Fire and Disaster Management Agency.
Sewerage Treatment Plant: A sewerage treatment plant will be provided.
Security: CCTV cameras will be installed throughout the building and in common areas.

Construction Specifications

Exterior walls: All exterior walls will have a thickness of 125mm or more.
Internal walls: All internal walls will also have a thickness of 125mm.

Toilet Facilities

Civil works: No civil works will be provided; only toilet inlet and outlet will be available inside the commercial space.

Windows

Window material: Aluminium or UPVC windows will be provided throughout the building.

Water Supply

Water source: Water will be sourced from the GMC water connection and deep tube well.
Treatment: It will be processed in a central iron removing plant before distribution through suitable diameter pipes to each commercial space.
